- Se pone una olla mediada de agua y se echa la carne y las habas a cocer durante 45 min.
- Se añaden las patatas cortadas en daditos y se deja cocer 15min.
- Se añade la verdura cortada en trocitos y una pastilla de avecrem de carne y se deja cocer 10 min. Comprobar que las habas están blandas y que el resto está todo cocido, sino dejar algo más.
